Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LOVALL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
